摘　　要：对格瑞机械有限公司球销总成装配线进行了细致的调查,采用工作研究中的方法研究技术对装配线进行了工艺程序分析、流程程序分析,提出了改进措施,得到了新的程序。研究表明格瑞机械有限公司球销总成装配线在应用工作研究之后生产成本降低,生产率得到提高。The paper investigates particularly the situation of Ball-pin assembly line of Great Machinery Co., Ltd seriously, Using method study technique of work study carries through process analysis, flow analysis on the assembly line . The paper brings forward improvement measure to give new process. The research indicates that cost of production reduces and productivity increases after applying Work Study to Ball-pin assembly line of Great Machinery Co., Ltd.
