摘  要:应用CFD-ACE+软件,通过建立模型求解的仿真手段,对15Ah动力用锂离子电池在0.5C充放电条件下进行热仿真分析,结果表明,电极和电解液固然是决定电池热效应的根本要素,但引流极耳、极柱和壳体的优化设计将显著改善电池的热分布,并可以使最高温度不发生在电极部分,这在动力电池高功率输出的情况下尤为重要。Many of the safety concerns are related to improper Li-ion cell design, especially thermal design. To predict the thermal behavior of LIBs, the thermal behavior of 15 Ah power LIB at 0.5 C charge-discharge rates was simulated. The results indicate that the electrode and electrolyte are main causes of heat generation of LIB. However, the design on tab and connector strongly affect the temperature dispersion in LIB, and the maximum temperature of connector can be avoided by improving design. The thermal design is very important for power LIB worked at high current rate.
