农村排灌用电工程效益分析

摘　　要：以某省两个农业县实施农业排灌"井井通电"工程为例,阐述工程实施的必要性,介绍工程投资情况、技术标准,分析工程实施后农民、县供电公司、省电力公司的经济效益。分析结果显示,该工程的最大受益者是农民,其次是县级供电企业,省级电力公司出现损益。This paper takes two agricultural counties of a province in the ＂electrify. each well＂ implementing project of a- gricuhural drainage and irrigation as an example, explains the necessity of project implementation, introduces the investment situation and technical standards of the project, and analyzes the economic benefits of farmers, county electric power supply companies and province electric power companies ＂after the implementation. The results show that the biggest beneficiaries of the project are the peasants, who are followed by county-level electric power supply enterprises, the provincial electric power company has profit loss.
