摘　　要：《联合国海洋法公约》是建立现代海洋秩序的基础性法律文件。认真研究《联合国海洋法公约》,系统比较岛屿及其相似概念、法律地位,进一步辨析群岛国与群岛的概念,对维护我国国家海洋战略、国家主权和国家利益具有极为重要的意义。The United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea is a basic legal document to establish modern marine order. It will be of great significance for maintaining Chinese marine strategy, national authority and national interests to study the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea, systematically comparing with islands and islets, as well as the concept concerned and legal status, further distinguishing the concepts of archipelagos and islands
