摘　　要：目的:运用时辰药理学为制定最佳给药时间和合理给药方案提供参考。方法:从时间、药动学及药效学和给药系统等方面分析临床用药时间和方案。结果:提高了疗效,减少了毒性和药物用量。结论:合理运用时辰药理学可使临床用药更加有效、安全、经济、合理。Objective：Chronopharmacology was used to draw down the best time for the medicine application.Methods：Time and ways of medication were analyzed in terms of chronology,pharmacokinetics,pharmacodynamics and medicine application.Results：provide the efficiency and reduce the side effects and dosage.Conclusions：The reasonable use of chronopharmacology could make the clinical medication safer,more effective and economical.
