摘　　要：通过专用导静电助剂的合成,活性稀释剂的选用及钛酸酯偶联剂对导电云母粉进行处理,在保证涂膜表面电阻率的前提下,降低了导电云母粉的用量,制备了黏度适宜的无溶剂导静电涂料,并对导电云母粉、导静电助剂、固化剂、助剂和活性稀释剂的用量做了考查,对专用的导静电助剂进行了表征。Solvent - free electroconductive coatings with proper viscosity is formulated with self - made electrocon- ductive additives, proper active diluent and electroconductive mica powder pretreated by titanate coupling agent. The amount of electroconductive mica powder is lowered under the premise of keeping the desirable surface resistivity. The amount of electroconductive mica powder, electroconductive additives, curing agent, additives and active diluent is studied. The self- made electroconductive additives is characterized.
