摘  要:将3株香蕉枯萎病拮抗细菌bio-d4、bio-d5和bio-B分别涂布于含有不同浓度的利福平和青霉素的培养基上,筛选出可作为抗药性标记的拮抗细菌bio-d5和bio-B。将抗药性标记的拮抗细菌bio-d5接种于香蕉植株根部,1 d后再接种香蕉枯萎病菌,在不同时间测定拮抗细菌在根际、根表和根内的定殖情况。结果显示,将拮抗细菌接种香蕉根部10 d后,在植株根际、根表存在少量拮抗细菌,在根内尚未发现拮抗细菌;接种后20 d,在植株根际、根表定殖的拮抗细菌增多,根内也定殖了少量的拮抗细菌;在接种后30 d,于根表、根际和根内定殖的拮抗细菌量达到最大;在接种后40 d,于植株根际、根表和根内定殖的拮抗细菌量稍有下降。Three antagonistic bacteria strains bio-B,bio-d4 and bio-d5 were placed on cultural media with different concentrations of penicillin and rifampin to inspect their resistance to the two antibiotics, and 200 bacteria strains isolated from the: rhizosphere of banana were also placed on cultural media with the two antibiotics. The result showed that antagonistic bacteria strains bio-d5 and bio-B grew better on the medium with 3.0× 10^4 mg/kg rifampin and 6.0× 10^4 mg/kg penicillin,and bio-d4 and 200 bacteria strains from the rhizosphere of banana didn't grow. Therefore bio-d5 and bio-B can be used as the marked strains with resistance to penicillin and rifampin. The marked strain bio-d5 was inoculated in rhizosphere of banana to study its colonized ability at different time and in different parts. The result showed that minor amount of bio d5 had been colonized in the rhizosphere and root surface, but there is nothing in the root ten days after inoculation; twenty days later,a little amount of bio-d5 was colonized in the root; thirty days later,there was the most amount within the root,on the root surface and rhizo sphere. Forty days after inoculation,the amount of bio-d5 in the three parts had dropped slightly.
