寄主植物对豆野螟存活、发育和繁殖的影响

摘　　要：在室内观察了豆野螟取食扁豆、豇豆和四季豆后的生长发育和繁殖状况。结果表明:豆野螟取食不同寄主后的卵孵化率、幼虫存活率、蛹存活率、蛹重、成虫寿命和产卵量均无显著差异,但均以取食四季豆为最低;豆野螟取食四季豆、豇豆和扁豆的幼虫发育历期分别为9.9 d1、1.2 d和11.7 d,三者差异显著;取食豇豆后5龄幼虫体重达53.9 mg,显著高于取食扁豆和四季豆的5龄幼虫体重。Legume pod borer Maruca vitrata （Fabricius） is one of the harmful pests of bean vegetables, such as cowpea, haricot bean and kidney bean. The survival, development and fecundity of rates leg ume pod borer fed on cowpea,haricot bean and kidney bean were measured constantly in this study. The results showed that there was no significant difference in egg hatching,larval and pupal survival rates, pupal weight, female-adult longevity and egg production when the legume pod borers were fed on different food plants, though those indexes were lowest when they were fed on kidney bean. Feding on kidney bean, cowpea and haricot bean, larval developmental durations of legume pod borer were significantly different, and of 9.9 d, 11.2 d , 11.7 d, respectively. Weight of 5-instrar larvae feeding on cowpea was of 53.9 mg per larva and significantly greater than those of 5-instrar larvae fed on kidney bean and haricot bean.
