摘　　要：采用专家调查法、数理统计法和系统分析法,从奥林匹克运动项目科学分类的角度,分别从一阶分类和二阶分类层面讨论了竞技排球(室内)运动项目群特征,揭示了高水平排球队的核心竞技能力、制胜规律和制胜对策,以期为提升我国国家男、女排球队运动训练水平提供参考。The characteristics, core-competence and winning methods of volleyball game（indoors） were studied from the perspective of classification of Olympic events by investigating exports, by statistic, by systems analysis. We discussed its characteristics from the first and second grand. Based above, we put forward the core-competence of this high level volleyball team, and discovered the winning methods logically, expect it can help to improve the training of China national volleyball team.
