摘  要:通过多因素:改变海拔高度的高原训练、营养补剂、运动强度和运动负荷的变化,探讨提高中长跑耐力的训练模式。结果发现:高原刺激能显著提高运动员的血色素水平,补血的铁剂适当使用可以维持运动员在训练期的高血色素水平;高海拔渐进复合的持续耐力训练,先提高训练量,再提高训练强度,可以有效提高运动员耐力水平。Objective : This study was designed to assess the impact of many factors such as changing the altitude of training, nutrition supplement, biochemistry inspection, exercise intensity and load on middle-distance race athletes, to discuss the method to improve the stamina of middle-distance race athletes. Result and Conclusion: 1 ) It shows that altitude training can significantly increases athletes hemoglobin level (p 〈 0.01 ), hematinic chalybeate can help middle-distance race athletes to keep haemoglobin in high level during endurance exercise. 2) We firstly enhance training load, and then increase exercise intensity in high altitude training, and find it can effectually improve the stamina of middle-distance race athletes.
