摘  要:将SO42-/TiO2负载镧制备了新型催化剂SO42-/La2O3-TiO2以癸二酸和正丁醇的酯化反应为探针,考察了不同制备条件对催化剂性能的影响,结果表明:La3+浸渍浓度为0.07 mol/L,经110℃烘干后于500℃焙烧3h所得催化剂活性最好。采用正交实验法对影响酯化反应的因素进行考察,最佳实验条件为n(醇)∶n(酸)=4∶1,反应时间3h,催化剂用量1.5%(总物料),酯化率可达96.5%。且该催化剂具有良好的重复使用和再生能力。A new type solid super acid catalyst with the composition of SO4^2-/TiO2 and added lanthanum was prepared by precipitation and impregnation. The esterification of sebacic acid and n - butanol over the catalyst was studied. The influences of preparation conditions on its catalytic properties were studied. The highest esterification yield was exhibited under the conditions of impregnation 0.07mol/L La2 ( SO4 )^ 3, dryed at 110℃, calcinations at 500℃ for 3 h . The influence factors were investigated by experiment arranged by orthogonal design for esterification. The best condition was that n(alcohol) -n(acid) was 4:1 , reaction time was 3h, catalyst amount was 1.5% ( the total mass of reactants) and esterification yield of dibutyl sebacate was about 96.5%. And the catalyst was reused and regenerated.
