摘  要:以聚琥珀酰亚胺(PSI)和2-氨基乙醇(AE)为原料,在水体系下合成了一种含羟基的聚天冬氨酸衍生物——羟化聚天冬氨酸(HPAP)。用红外光谱和核磁共振对反应产物进行了结构表征。研究了HPAP在不同水质中对碳酸钙的阻垢性能,探讨了聚合物用量、Ca2+浓度、HCO3-浓度和温度对其阻垢性能的影响。结果表明,HPAP对碳酸钙具有良好的阻垢性能,聚合物用量为6 mg.L-1时,HPAP对碳酸钙阻垢率达到93.68%,且其阻垢性能随Ca2+浓度、HCO3-浓度和温度的提高而降低,但在实验范围内降低幅度较小,阻垢率均达80%以上。Polyaspartic acid derivatives with hydroxyl (HPAP) was synthesized using polysuccinimide (PSI) and ethanolamine(AE) in water medium and was characterized by IR and ^1HNMR. The scale inhibiting performance of HPAP and the effects of HPAP dosage, Ca^2+ concentration, HCO3^- concentration and temperature on the scale inhibiting performance to CaCO3 were studied. The results showed that HPAP had excellent scale inhibiting performance to CaCO3. At the dosage of 6 mg·L^-1 , the scale inhibiting rate of HPAP to CaCO3 was 93.68%. The scale inhibiting performance declined slightly as Ca^2+ concentration, HCO3^- concentration and temperature increased.
