摘 要:以微晶纤维素为原料、氯化钠为电解质电氧化合成氧化纤维素,采用正交实验法研究了反应温度、pH值、电流密度和反应时间等对产物醛基和羧基含量的影响。结果表明,对产物醛基、羧基影响的顺序是电流密度>反应时间>反应温度>pH值。通过正交实验,得到电化学氧化微晶纤维素的最佳条件为:反应温度30℃、pH值约1.0、电流密度0.032 A.cm-2、反应时间5 h,此时可得到醛基含量为0.936%(质量分数)、羧基含量为2.27%(质量分数)的氧化纤维素。The preparation experiments of oxycellulose containing aldehyde and carboxyl were carried out, with microcrystal cellulose as raw material and sodium chloride as electrically conductive medium. The influence of reaction temperature, pH value, current density and reaction time on content of aldehyde and carboxyl in oxycellulose were studied by orthogonal experiment. The results indicated that the sequence affecting on aldehyde content and carboxyl content in oxycellulose were current density, reaction time, reaction temperature and pH value. The optimum oxidation conditions in 100 mL reaction solution containing 4 g NaCl were determined as follows:reaction temperature was 30℃ ,pH value was about 1.0,current density was 0. 032 A·cm^-2 and reaction time was 5 h,oxycellulose obtained under above conditions was of 0. 936% aldehyde and 2.27% carboxyl.
