摘　　要：目的:探讨羊水栓塞的早诊断、早处理的方法,以提高抢救成功率。方法:对我院6年以来住院分娩发生的4例羊水栓塞患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:存活3例,死亡1例,2例行子宫全切术。结论:抢救成功的关键是早期诊断,果断采取有效的治疗措施。Objective：To discuss the early diagnosis of amniotic fluid embolism（AFE）and its related effective aiding methods, further improving the percentage of successful first aid. Methods： Review and analyze the clinical information of 7 cases who were diagnosed AFE. Results： 3 cases cured, 1 cases died and 2 cases did the operation of hysterectomy. Conclusion： Early diagnosis and effective treatment is the key to save the patients who occurred amniotic fluid embolism successfully.
