摘  要:目的:探讨产前用地塞米松(Dexamethasone,Dex)对胎鼠肺和肝组织维生素A(Vitamin A,V_A )水平的影响,方法:健康清洁级SD大鼠随机分为Dex组和生理盐水(Normal saline,NS)对照组,妊娠第16、17、18d连续3d分别给予药物干预后,第19d剖宫取出胎鼠,测定肺和肝组织V_A水平,观察Dex对组织V_A水平的影响。结果:(1)胎鼠肺和肝单位组织V_A水平Dex组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),尤以肺单位组织V_A水平升高明显(P<0.01)。(2)胎鼠阿富肝组织V_A总水平两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而肺组织V_A总水平Dex组仍高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:产前用Dex可以提高胎鼠肺和肝单位组织V_A水平,同时提高胎鼠肺组织V_A总水平,但对胎鼠肝组织V_A总水平无显著影响。Objective:To study the effect of antenatal administration with Dexamethasone (Dex) on the vitamin A concentrations of tissues in fetal rats. Methods:Twelve pregnant Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were randomly divided into 2 groups,one was Dex group,the other was control group.From the gestational day 16 to 18,the rats of the two groups were given Dex and Saline by intramuscular injectionrespectively.On gestational day 19,fetal rats were obtained by cesarean section,then the vitamin A concentrations of tissues (lung,liver) were detected by high-performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC ). Results: ( 1 )Compared with the two groups,the per unit vitamin A concentrations of lung and liver in Dex group were higher than those of the control group(P〈0.05),exceptionally in lungs(P〈0.01).(2)The liver total vitamin A concentrations did not differ significantly between the two study groups,but the lung total vitamin A concentrations were still higher than those of the control group (P〈0.05). Gonclusion:At the antenatal administration with Dex the per unit lung and liver concentrations can be elevated,meanwhile the lung total vitamin A concentrations were elevated too,but the liver total concentrations were not influenced.
