摘　　要：对生物材料进行生物相容性评价是生物材料能否进入临床研究的关键环节。水凝胶是一种具有三维网络结构的新型功能高分子材料。它以其含水量高、溶胀快和良好的生物相容性等得到广泛应用及研究。The evaluation of biocompatibility to biomaterials is a key step before the biomaterial approaches to clinical investigation. Hydrogels are moderately crosslinked and branched polymers. They are widely studied and applied because of their ability to absorb large quantities of water, swelling quickly and biologic compatibility. This paper reviewed progress of the studies on the biocompatibility of hydrogel.
