17例石头鱼毒鳍刺伤临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨石头鱼毒鳍刺伤的临床特点。方法结合文献分析本科自2004-2007年收治的17例石头鱼毒鳍刺伤的临床表现、治疗及预后。结果在给予热水浸泡的8例石头鱼毒鳍刺伤中,4例(50%)疼痛得到明显缓解。11例给予局部麻醉的病例均获得迅速的疼痛缓解。1例出现伤口周围皮肤坏死;无1例发生严重全身并发症和死亡;平均留观时间2.7(1～7)d;平均痊愈时间8.7(5～35)d。结论石头鱼毒鳍刺伤一般预后良好。局部麻醉能可靠、迅速的缓解疼痛和方便处理伤口。Objective To discuss the clinical characteristics of the stonefish envenomation. Methods The clinical manifestation, treatment and prognosis of 17 cases with stonefish envenomation from 2004 to 2007 were analyzed retrospectively. Results 4 out of 8 cases with hot water immersion had pain relief. All of 11 cases with local anesthesia had prompt pain relief. Local skin necrosis occurred in 1 case. No Systemic morbidity and mortality occurred. Average hospitalization time was 2.7 （1-7） days. Average recover time was 8.7 （5-35） days. Conclusion The prognosis of the stonefish envenomation is good in general- Local anesthesia which is helpful for wound management can alleviate the pain reliably and promptly.
