摘  要:简要介绍了Rietveld方法,并引入该方法进行了钢中残余奥氏体定量相分析,探讨了该方法与传统X射线物相定量方法的特点,通过分析,发现Rietveld定量分析方法具有准确、高效和快捷等优点,尤其是它降低了择优取向造成的误差,此方法可作为钢中残余奥氏体定量分析的有益补充。The Rietveld method was introduced briefly and applied to quantitative determination of retained austenite in steel. The difference between the Rietveld method and traditional X-ray quantitative determination method was investigated. It was found that the Rietveld method has some advantages such as time-saving, convenience and data accuracy,it can reduces the error resulted from the strong orientation distribution in the specimen. So this method can be useful for quantitative analysis of retained austenite in steel.
