摘　　要：细菌DNA具有广谱的免疫刺激作用,有实验证明人工合成的CpG-ODN可以模拟细菌DNA诱发机体产生强烈的Th1型免疫应答,CpG-ODN作为一种新型的免疫佐剂已成为分子免疫学研究的热点之一。本试验将人工合成的3种CpG寡聚核苷酸序列(ATCGATATCGAT、GACGTTGACGTT、AACGTTAACGTT)分别与猪瘟弱毒疫苗联合免疫仔猪,结果证明3种CpG寡聚核苷酸序列均具有免疫增强作用,筛选出免疫增强作用最好的一种CpG寡聚核苷酸序列。Bacterial DNA has immunostimulatory effects and adaptive immune responses in numerous species. It had been proved that synthetic CpG-ODN motifs could mimic bacterial DNA to induce a potent Thl immune response. Piglets were vaccinated with three kinds of CpG-ODN and attenuated vaccine of CSFV. The results showed that three kinds of CpG - ODN all had immune enhancement effects. One kind of the CpG - ODN was choosed which had the best immune enhancement effect.
