压电式压力传感器信号检测处理电路的研究

摘　　要：针对冷镦机生产过程在线监控的要求,从基本电路出发,研究了压电式压力传感器特征信号的检测处理电路。采用差动式电荷放大器检测压力特征信号,提高了电荷转换级驱动负载的能力。运用滤波、动态校零和绝对值电路对特征信号进行处理,并就各元件的选择作了进一步深入的研究。降低了系统误差,提高了特征信号的检测精度。The feature signal detecting and processing circuit of the piezoelectricity type pressure sensor was studied from the basic circuit. The pressure feature signal was detected by the charge amplifier of differential type, with raising the charge conversion level drive of the ability of load. It was handled with strain wave, automatic zero and absolute value circuits further. The components for the circuit were further researched and selected. The system error is reduced and the monitoring precision is further increased.
