摘　　要：针对在非计算机网络环境中用户无法访问Web系统的问题,本文提出了一种利用手机短消息访问OA系统的设计方案,详细介绍了该系统方案的整体结构、缓冲池设计、多线程技术以及最终程序的实现。For the problem of the non - computer network environment users can not visit the Web system, we propose in this paper a design of using SMS visit OA system, we described in detail the overall structure of the system, buffer pool design, multi - threaded technology and the programming realization.
