结肠康治疗脾肾阳虚型溃疡性结肠炎临床研究

摘　　要：为探讨结肠康对脾肾阳虚型溃疡性结肠炎的治疗效果，对临床确诊的60例脾肾阳虚型溃疡性结肠炎患者分为治疗组40例，对照组20例。前者采用结肠康口服治疗，后者采用5-氨基水杨酸（惠迪）口服治疗，总有效率治疗组95．0％，对照组85．0％（P〈0．01），治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结果表明，口服结肠康治疗脾肾阳虚型溃疡性结肠炎有较好的疗效。The objective of this study was to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of Jiechangkang（JCK,a ready-made traditional Chinese drug） in the treatment of ulcerative colitis of spleen/kidney yang-insufficience type. Fourty patients in the study group received JCK, orally; while another 20 patients in the controlled group received 5-aminosalicylic acid, orally. As results, the general effective rate in the study group was 95.0%,while that in the controlled group was 85.0%（ P d0.01）. It is concluded that JCK is of a better therapeutic efficacy in the treatment of ulcerative colitis of spleen/kidney yang-insufficiency type.
