电脑肛肠综合治疗仪配合注射疗法治疗混合痔86例临床观察

摘　　要：为探讨电脑肛肠综合治疗仪配合注射疗法治疗混合痔的疗效，采用电脑肛肠综合治疗仪配合注射疗法治疗混合痔86例。结果显示，治愈率90．7％，有效率100％，疗程12～31d，平均17．3d。平均手术时间17．6min。结果表明，电脑肛肠综合治疗仪配合注射疗法治疗混合痔创伤小、出血少、痛苦小，且操作简单快捷、安全可靠。Eighty six patients with mixed hemorrhoids underwent the combined therapy of computerized comprehensive anorectal apparatus, treatment plus injection treatment. As results, the cure rate was 90.7%,the general effective rate was 100%,the treatment course was 12-31 days（mean 17.3 days）,and the mean operation duration was 17.6 minutes. It is concluded that this combined therapy is better in terms of less trauma,hemorrhage ＆ pain,simpler manipulation and safety.
