针刺配合穴位注射治疗胸廓出口综合征30例总结

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺配合穴位注射治疗胸廓出口综合征的临床疗效。方法:将60例本病患者按就诊时间的先后顺序随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组采用针刺配合穴位注射治疗,对照组以局部封闭为主进行治疗。结果:两组治疗前后症状积分比较有明显改善(P<0.01);两组总有效率比较则无显著性差异(P>0.05),但治疗组显效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺配合穴位注射治疗胸廓出口综合征疗效满意。Objective： To observe the the clinical effect on thoracic outlet syndrome treated by acupuncture and point - injection. Method： 60 cases were randomly divided into 30 cases each in the treatment group and control group according to visit time. Cases in the treatment group were treated by acupuncture and point - injection and cases in the control group treated by local point - blocking therapy. Results ： The integral of symptoms improved significantly in the treatment group before or after treatment as compared with control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）, the total effective rate had no significantly differences as compared with two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）, The significantly effective rate in the treatment group was superior to that in control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Acupuncture and point -injection had good effect for thoracic outlet syndrome, .
