摘  要:近终形双辊铸轧镁合金薄带是目前国内外研究的热点之一,本文中以AS系镁合金为研究对象,利用双辊铸轧法成功铸轧出了厚度5mm的AS系镁合金板材,并研究了镁合金铸轧薄带组织和后续热轧工艺对镁合金板材组织性能的影响。研究表明,AS系镁合金铸轧薄带组织均匀,铸轧的亚共晶组织(Mg-3%Al-0.75%Si)主要由细小的蔷薇状枝晶组成;而铸轧的共晶与过共晶组织(Mg-5.52%Al-1.4%Si和Mg-6%Al-1.6%Si)主要由蔷薇状枝晶和等轴晶组成。热轧后,再结晶程度、晶粒细化效果和抗拉强度随压下量的增加而提高。The AS magnesium alloy thin strip was produced successfully by using the strip roll-casting process. Microstructure of the alloy and effect of succeeding hot roll process on microstructure and properties of the magnesium alloy strip were studied. The results revealed that the microstructure of AS magnesium alloy strip by twin-roU casting was even; the hypoeutectic microstructure were mainly composed of fine rosaceous dendrite, and the eutectic and hypereutectic microstructures were mainly rosaceous dendrite and equiaxed grains. After hot roll, the extent of recrystallization, effect of grain refinement, as well as tensile strength of materials all were improved with the increase of deformation.
