摘　　要：文章阐述了笔者对文德路现状的调查与研究结果,介绍了文德路总体城市设计方案与文德楼周边居住区的意向设计方案,并探讨如何在城市设计中焕发传统居住区的活力。The researching results of Road Wende＇ s actuality are expatiated in this article, also Urban design of road Wende in Guangzheu and intent design of the residential zones which are around Building Wendelou are introduced, too. The question how to coruscate energy of the traditional residential zones in urban design is discussed in this article.
