摘　　要：该文介绍了南京晨光1865科技·创意产业园区内新建筑设计的主要构思,指出特殊/历史风貌地段的新建筑设计,应超越简单的侧重风格与形式延续的浅层表达,努力挖掘并继承蕴涵于传统建筑形象背后的内在文化精髓（深层表达）,并从环境中寻求创作依据,关注建筑本体,以求得在传承基础上的创新。This article provides some main ideas in the new buildings design of Chenguang 1865 Science-Technology and Creativity Industrial. The author points out that during the design of new buildings in historical district, an architect should probe deep and express the cultural spirit concealed behind the form of traditional architecture, rather than simply imitating the style of it, as well as endeavor to make innovation on the basis of a profound understanding of the environment and basic factors of Architecture.
