摘　　要：经济运行是以小的生产成本为水电厂带来最大的经济效益．将系统工程理论应用到实时监控系统中，实现电厂经济运行．The problem of economic operation in supervisory and control system is discussed in this paper. Economic operation objective is to bring maximal incomings with low production cost. Applied the theory of systems engineering to supervisory and control system,economic operation program is divided into two parts in this paper:1. optimum allocation, 2.power coordintion.
