满山红滴丸急性毒性试验和主要药效学试验

摘　　要：目的:考察满山红滴丸的急性毒性和主要药效作用。方法:通过小鼠灌胃测定LD50,评价药物急性毒性;采用小鼠浓氨水致咳法、豚鼠枸橼酸致咳法、小鼠酚红排泌法考察其主要药效。结果:满山红的总黄酮有效部位灌胃给药,LD50为12.7863g·kg-1;分别以70,140,280mg·kg-1的满山红滴丸灌胃,能够显著缩短小鼠咳嗽潜伏期、减少咳嗽次数,增加痰液的排除,分别以28,56,112mg·kg-1豚鼠灌胃,能够显著缩短豚鼠咳嗽潜伏期、减少咳嗽次数。结论:满山红滴丸有较低的急性毒性,有显著的止咳和祛痰作用。OBJECTIVE To investigate the acute toxicity and major pharmacodynamic action of Folium Rhododendri Daurici dropping pills. METHODS LD50 was determined by means of oral administration to evaluate the acute toxicity. Animal models, such as strong ammonia induced cough in mice, citric acid induced cough in guinea pigs, phenolsulfonphthalein excre tion from trachea in mice, were employed to evaluate the major pharmacodynamic action. RESULTS LD50 in mice of the effec tive fraction of the total flavonoids was 12. 786 3 g· kg^-1. The oral administration of Folium Rhododendri Daurici dropping pill significantly shortened cough delitescence, decreased cough frequency, increased sputum exclusion in mice at 70, 140 and 280 mg·kg^-1 ;shortened cough delitescence and decreased cough frequency in guinea pigs at 28, 56 and 112 mg·kg^-1, respectively. CONCLUSION Folium Rhododendri Daurici dropping pills have low acute toxicity with significant antitussive and eliminating phlegm activities.
