摘  要:为了解高血压病(EH)发病机理,采用ELISA法和比色法检测EH患者血小板a-颗粒膜蛋白140(GMP-140)、血浆VonWillebrand因子(vWF)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化脂质(LPO)的含量。结果显示EH患者血小板GMP-140、vWF和LPO水平均高于正常对照组(P<0.01~0.001),SOD水平低于正常对照组(P<0.01)。相关分析:GMP-140与vWF、LPO是正相关(r=0.78、0.82,P<0.05)。表明:EH患者血小板活化与血管内皮细胞受损及自由基损伤关系密切。In order to understand the pathophysiologic mechanism of essential hypertension(EH),the content of platelet a-granule membrane glycoproein (GMP-140),plasma von Willebrand factor (vWF),superoxide dismutase activating (SOD) and lipid peroxide (LPO) has been detected and measured through enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and colorimetric method in 56 patients suffering from EH. The results show that the concentrations of platelet GMP-140,plasma vWF and LPO in patients of EH were obviously higher (P<0. 01 - 0. 001 ) and that the SOD level was evidentally lower than that of the control group (P<0. 01 )- The content of platelet GMP-140 was positively correlated with plasma vWF and LPO(r= 0. 78,0. 82,P<0. 05). These findings indicate that there are close relation between platelet activating and the injury of vascular endothelial cells as well as the damage induced by free radical in patients with EH.
