启发式教学法在短跑技术教学中的实验研究

摘　　要：为改进教学方法,提高教学质量,笔者在短跑技术教学中运用了启发式教学法,并与传统教学方法的教学效果进行比较。结果表明两种教学方法都能提高学生的运动成绩,但采用启发式教学法学生的运动成绩提高幅度更大,效果更好,能有效提高学生学习兴趣,激发练习欲望,增强主体意识,发挥主观能动性。To improve teaching methods and teaching quality, the author applies the elicitation teaching method in sprint and compares it with traditional teaching. The result shows that both methods can improve students＇ achievements, but the elicitafion teaching method is better than traditional one. It can arouse students＇ great interest in learning, stimulate students to practice, and bring the initiative of students into full play.
