21世纪民办高校体育教育发展现状及对策研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和专家访谈法,对我国民办高校体育教学现状、师资队伍、设施器械、体育经费等方面进行调查研究。针对出现的问题,研究认为要充分利用民办高校自主灵活的办学体制,充分挖掘自身潜能,完善制度,规范管理;引进人才,合理聘用;优化结构,科学统筹;多渠道融资,合理调配;遵循教育规律,引进现代教育理念,创立民办高校体育教育的独有特色。By means of literature review, questionnaire investigation and expert interview, this paper carries out a research concerning teaching situation, faculty organizing, facilities, and finance of physical education in private colleges. Focusing on the existing proble^as, the research comes to the following conclusion： private colleges can excavate their own potential by making the best of their independent and flexible system of school-running in order to perfect their school systems and standardize the management; they can absorb persons with ability by reasonable and rational employment; they can optimize the school configuration by scientific and conaprehensive plan; they can make full use of all resources by multiple-way financing; they can introduce in the modem education idea and establish unique characteristics of the physical education in colleges on the base of law of education.
