名老中医经验传承研究模式探索

摘　　要：目的:总结既往名老中医传承研究模式,认为以往研究存在信息量少、时限短、受研究者素质影响较大、缺乏横向比较、缺少验证性研究及机理探讨等缺点。解决问题的方法是基于临床,规范采集临床信息;利用数据挖掘技术,实现知识的迅速发现,采用人机结合,以人为主的方法解析结果,总结经验;同时对挖掘总结的结果进行验证与评价,进一步阐明其作用机理及临床有效的原因。名老中医经验传承研究,应当遵循"临床信息采集-挖掘提取经验-临床应用验证-机理机制研究-理论指导临床"的模式,建立有关的技术平台,从临床中来,再到临床中去,反复总结,不断提升。结果:该模式对促进名老中医经验的继承发扬,推动中医药事业发展具有重大意义。The defects in the previous research mode on inheritance of the famous TCM veteran doctors＇ clinical experience is less of information, short and limit period, more influence of researcher, lack of comparison, be short of verification studying and mechanism research. Method to solve problem is to based on clinical practice, collect clinical information in norm. Realize the knowledge discovery Rapidly by data mining technique, explain the result according to the principle of Man-Computer Cooperation and mainly by man, draw the conclusion of clinical experience, prove and evaluate the result, clarity the mechanism and reason of the curative effects. Suggest that inheritance of famous TCM veteran experience should follow mode of following, clinical information gather-excavate experience of drawing-clinical practice prove-mechanism in research- theoretical guide the clinical practice, set up the relevant technological platforms, based on the clinic information, apply the experience, summarize them constantly, increase the effects. This mode will encourage the succession of the experience of famous TCM veteran doctors and promote the development of traditional Chinese medicine.
