摘  要:用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)直接测定法测定了7个不同花生品种的子叶及种皮的红外光谱,并对花生的炒制前后进行了红外光谱分析比较。采用FTIR-聚类分析对7种花生进行了亲缘性关系的分析,结果显示在距离系数约为0.052以上的水平上7种花生可划分为2个类群。其中,在0.012的距离水平上首先把宝冠花生和花冠花生聚在一起,接着在0.016的距离水平上把新昌小京生与中花二号聚在一起,该聚类结果与依据形态特征的传统分类学结果一致。因此FTIR-聚类分析法可用于不同花生品种的鉴别,方法直观科学,简单方便,具有很好的应用价值。IR of cotyledon and endosperm of seven different species of peanut were determined by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FTIR). The consanguinity connection of these seven peanut were analyzed by FTIR-cluster analysis,these seven peanut species can divided into two groups according to distance coefficient upon 0. 052. Therefore,gather baoguan peanut and huanguan peanut according to distance coefficient upon 0. 012,and then gather xingchang peanut and China peanut No. 2 according to distance coefficient upon 0. 016,the result was consistent with classical taxology based on morphological characterization. FTIR-cluster analysis could be used in identifying different species of peanut,and this method was visualized,science,briefness convenient,and good for application.
