摘  要:用BPCL微弱发光测量仪检出水华鱼腥藻的超弱发光。水华鱼腥藻的光子计数率——时间曲线回归表明,用双曲线拟合明显优于指数拟合;且藻的超微弱光强度随藻细胞密度的增加而增强,两个计量之间呈显著正相关(r=0.96),总光子计数率(TC)和后120s光子计数率(SHC)均能表达水华鱼腥藻的超弱光子辐射的强弱,其中SHC表征水华鱼腥藻的超弱光子辐射的强弱更为准确。在藻的不同生长时期,其超弱发光经历了一个由弱增强、由强减弱的变化过程,通过测定藻的超弱发光可以判断、预知藻的生长状况。The detection of uhraweak bioluminescence of Anabaena flos-aquae with BPCL ultra weak chemiluminescence analyzier confirmed first that blue-green algae have the ability to produce uhraweak bioluminescence. The measured photo count rate-time curve of uhraweak luminescent from Anabaena flos-aquae follows a hyperbolic decay law,indicating the coherence of biophoton emission. Uhraweak bioluminescence of Anabaena flos-aquae was strongly correlated to the concentration of Anabaena flos-aquae(r-=0. 96). The emission strength can be evaluated by total count(TC) or second half count (SHC), and SHC are more appropriate to value the emission intensity than TC. During different cultivation stages of Anabaena flos-aquae. The emission strength are different correspondingly. The growth state can be forecasted by detecting the photo count rate of Anabaena flos-aquae.
