中药材中重金属及微量元素质控标准物质的研制和测定方法的研究

摘　　要：叙述了用丹参、赤芍作为重金属及微量元素质量控制标准物质的过程,研究其制备方法。采用微波消解处理,建立电感耦合等离子体质谱、光谱测定中药材中重金属及微量元素的方法,为不同产地不同种类中药材中重金属及微量元素含量测定提供了方法;对于所测10种元素,其校准曲线的相关系数r>0.9999,回收率满足痕量及微量分析要求。实验结果显示丹参、赤芍为基体的质控标准物质的数据准确可靠,稳定性好,可用作为中药规范管理中内部质量控制的参考物质。To prepare the heavy metal and trace elements reference material of salvia miltiorrhiza bge/paeonia veitchii lynch,the sample was digested by microwave and accurately determined by ICP-MS, ICP-AES,good linearity of calibration curves was obtained,r〉0. 9999. The recovery rates of this procedure met the requirement of analysis. The results showed that the concentration of the heavy metal and trace elements provided were accurate and the reference material was stable,it is suitable tobe the criterions for Chinese traditional medicine in the qualities controlling.
