麻杏石甘汤不同方法提取液对家兔发热模型及抗病毒作用的影响

摘　　要：探讨麻杏石甘汤水提液及醇提液清热解毒作用，观察两种提取液对家兔发热模型影响及抗病毒作用．方法：采用伤寒－副伤寒菌苗致家兔发热模型，观察两种提取麻杏石甘汤液降温及抗鸡胚病毒，抑制鼠病毒肺炎小鼠肺指数及死亡率的实验．结果：麻杏石甘汤两种提取液对发热家兔体温有降低作用，其中醇提液降低显著（P＜0．01），对鼠肺炎病毒感染小鼠死亡率有降低作用，醇提取液降低显著（P＜0．01）；对鸡胚内病毒A3水提液有显著抑制作用（P＜0．05）．结论：麻杏石甘汤具有退热及抗病毒作用．退热，降低肺炎小鼠死亡率醇提取液优于水提液，抗鸡胚内病毒水提液优于醇提液．To indicate aqueous and alcohol extract of MaXingShiGan decotum that take an effect of antipretic and influence on rabbit fever model and anti virus of two kinds of MaXingShiGan decotum extract.Methods: Make fever models with typhoid and paratyphoid vaccine; infect mice with influenza virus F100 and chicken embryo with influenza virus A3; administer aqueueous and alcohol extract of MaXingShiGan decotum to the mice; record temperature of rabbits, lung weight and mortality of mice; observe histological change of lung;take blood agglutination test. Results: MaXingShiGan decotum take an effect of antipretic, and the alcohol extract is more remarkable (P＜0.01). MaXingShiGan decotum decrease mortality of mice, and the alcohol extract is more remarkable (P＜0. 01 ). MaXingShiGan decotum take more remarkable inhibitive effect for influenza virus A3 (P＜0. 05). Conclusion: MaXingShiGan decotum take an effect of antipretic and anti-virus. The alcohol extract take more remarkable effect in antipretic and anti-virus than the aqueous extract, and the aqueous extract take more remarkable effect in inhibition of chicken embryo influenza virus A3 than the alcohol extract.
