摘　　要：了解吸入麻醉在边缘系统的作用部位，为进一步探讨吸入麻醉作用机理打基础．方法：SD大鼠30只、分别吸入甲氧氟烷、氟烷、氨氟醚和异氟醚麻醉1h．应用c－fos基因免疫组织化学方法，光镜观察Fos蛋白阳性神经元在边缘系统的分布并计数。结果：边缘系统内有9个神经核团参与吸入麻醉作用的调控，分别是终纹床核、外侧隔核、杏仁外侧核、杏仁内侧核、杏仁中核、海马回嗅觉小岛、海马回Ⅰ区、外侧缰核和内侧缰核．结论：吸入麻醉剂在边缘系统作用部位并不是弥散的而是具有明确的作用位点，但对各核团之间的纤维联系统方式和作用机制，尚待进一步研究．To study the distribution of c-fos oncogene expression within limbic system during methaxyflurane, halothane,enflurane and isoflurane anesthesia. Methods: C-fos oncogene immunohistochemical technique (ABC method) was employed. Results: When the fourth inhalating anesthetic's concentration was 2%, most of the Fos like immunoreactive neurons(FLN), appeared in bed nucleus of the striaterminalis, field CA1 of Ammon's horn, field CA2 of Ammons horn, basolateral amygdaloid nucleus, basomedial amygdaloid nucleus, central amygdaloid nucleus, islands of Calleja, lateral habenular nucleus, medial habenular and lateral septal nucleus. Conclusion: The results indicate that FLNs participate in the process of inhalation anesthesia,which necessitates and paves the way for further study of the patterns of linkage and the mechanism of interaction between functional nuclei.
