KISS-1在子宫内膜异位症患者异位内膜中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的了解KISS-1在正常子宫内膜及子宫内膜异位症患者异位内膜组织中的表达关系。方法采用免疫组织化学EliVision plus技术，检测46例患者异位子宫内膜组织，55例正常子宫内膜组织中KISS-1的表达情况，对两组间表达情况进行比较。结果KISS-1在子宫内膜异位症患者异位内膜及正常子宫内膜组织中阳性表达率分别为30．43％和63．64％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01，P〈0．05）。结论KISS-1在子宫内膜异位症中的表达减弱可能与内异症的发病有关。Objective To study the expression of KISS-1 in normal endometrium and in ectopic endometrium patients with endometriosis. Methods The expression of KISS-1 in 55 cases of normal endometrium as well as in 46 cases of ectopic endometrium with endometriosis were detected by immunohistochemical EliVision plus method. Results The positive expression rates of KISS-1 in ectopic endometriotic tissues and in normal endometrium were 30.43 % and 63.64 % respectively,and the positive expression rates in ectopic endometriotic tissues significantly lower than those in the normal endometrium（P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The decreased expression of KISS-1 may be related to the mechanism of endometriosis.
