摘　　要：中世纪欧洲的犹太寡妇拥有比较明确的财产所有权和支配权,她们在享受社团保护的同时,还积极地参与到社会经济生活尤其是当时犹太人的主流行业——借贷业中,在经济领域中发挥着特殊的作用。犹太寡妇在家庭中拥有一定的权威,比已婚妇女享有较高的家庭地位。Jewish widows in medieval Europe possessed property and controlled significant resources. They were protected,and at the same time, they were active business women, especially functioned as moneylenders. Jewish widows held authority within domestic domain,and therefore, they shared higher status than those married women.
