摘  要:与贵州烟叶化学成分分析及海拔高度相关分析的结果表明,海拔高度是影响烟叶化学成分的重要综合性生态因子,相关性分析结果显示:(1)海拔高度与总糖,还原糖含量呈正相关,达到显著水平(P〈0.05);(2)烟碱和总氮含量随海拔升高而降低,与海拔高度呈负相关;(3)烤烟氯含量、钾含量和蛋白质含量与海拔高度间无明显的相关性;(4)在海拔1501-2000m种植的烟叶,主要化学成分协调,烟叶可用性高。The relative analysis on altitude and main chemical composition of Guizhou flue-cured tobacco was carried out. The results showed that the altitude was an important factor influenced tobacco chemical composition. There had some conclusions that: (1)the correlations of total sugar and reducing sugar with the altitude was positive(P〈0.05);(2)the nicotine and total nitrogen were negatively correlated with the altitude(P〈0.05); (3)the results revealed that the altitude had little effects on the chlorine content, potassium content and protein content; (4)major chemical components was harmony, the usability would be better for flue-cured tobacco in l 501-2 000 in.
