摘  要:目的以马钱苷为参照物建立金匮肾气丸总苷类成分的指纹图谱。方法采用二极管阵列检测器-蒸发光散射检测器(DAD-ELSD)串联技术,乙腈-1%冰醋酸为流动相(梯度洗脱),流速0.5 mL·min^(-1),柱温30℃,漂移管温度90℃,气体压力为207 kPa。结果DAD图谱中有12个共有峰,ELSD图谱中有16个共有峰,确定其为指纹峰。采用国家药典委员会指纹图谱自动处理系统,10批样品的相似度均大于0.90。结论该方法简便,稳定,重现性好。适用于金匮肾气丸总苷类的指纹图谱检测。OBJECTIVE To establish the fingerprints of total glyeosides in JinKui Shenqi pill with loganin as reference peak. METHODS The fingerprints were established by high performance liquid chromatography using photodiode array detector and evaporative light scattering detector (DAD-ELSD). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-1% ice acetic acid( gradient elution) at a flow rate of 0. 5 mL·min^-1. The column temperature was set at 30 ℃. Drift tube temperature was 90 ℃ and gas pressure was 207 kPa. RESULTS There were the 12 common peaks appeared in the DAD fingerprints,and 16 common peaks appeared in the ELSD fingerprints. The fingerprints peaks were defined by software which were published by the committee of pharmacopeia of China. The similarity degree was above 0.90. CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate and sensitive. It is suitable to be used for fingerprints detection of JinKui Shenqi pill and its total glycosides .
