摘 要:土壤微生物参数可作为土壤质量变化的指标,在内蒙古皇甫川流域,对不同土地利用方式下土壤微生物数量的变化特征进行了研究.结果表明:天然恢复草地和人工油松林地土壤中好气性细菌、芽孢型细菌和霉菌的数量均高于耕地;土壤微生物数量与土壤微生物量碳呈正相关关系;草地和林地的土壤质量优于耕地;退耕还林还草是遏制草地退化和水土流失,提高土壤质量和保护生态环境的重要措施.Soil microorganism parameters can be used as indicators of soil quality changes.Studing on variation of the number of soil microorganism under different land use patterns in Huangfu-chuan,Inner Mongolia was performed.Main conclusions are as follows.The number of soil microorganism,such as aerobacteria,spore-forming bacteria and fungi in natural recovered grassland and forest plantation Pinus tabulaeformis are more than that in cultivated land.The number of soil microorganism has the positive relation with soil microorganism biomass C.The quality and health-condition of soil in grassland and forestland are higher than that in cultivated land.So returning farmland to forests and grasslands is the key measures to prevent the land from grassland degradation and soil erosion,to improve soil quality,and to protect environment.
