摘  要:利用柠檬酸溶胶-凝胶自蔓延法合成掺杂稀土元素镧的尖晶石型铁氧体LiLaxFe5-xO8(x=0,0.02,0.04,0.06)纳米粉末,利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)研究其相结构和晶粒尺寸,用扫描电镜(SEM)观察其形貌和颗粒度.用AV3618型微波矢量网络分析仪研究了镧含量对铁氧体的复介电常数、复磁导率的影响.实验结果表明,添加适量的稀土镧显著地改善铁氧体的吸波性能.在8.20-12.5 GHz测试频段内,掺杂量为x=0.02和0.04的样品具有良好的微波吸收性能.Spinel-ferrites LiLaxFe5-xO8(x=0,0.02,0.04,0.06) doped with lanthanum were synthesized by citric acid sol-gel auto-combustion.The phase and crystal size of the ferrite were confirmed by XRD.The particles′ morphologies and size are observed by SEM.The influence of doping amount on the imaginary part of complex dielectric constant and permeability of the ferrite was researched by a vector network analyzer(AV3618).The results indicate that microwave absorption properties of the ferrite can be improved evidently by doping proper amount of lanthanum.The samples LiLaxFe5-xO8(x=0.02 and 0.04)have good microwave absorption properties in the frequence range of 8.20~12.5 GHz.
