摘　　要：探讨了城市高层住宅设计中，在为居住者提供舒适方便的居住条件前提下，提高出户率，节约用地，减少投资，以及高层住宅建筑造型处理、尺度感的把握、主要景观面的处理等。In order to provide an comfortable and convenient living condition for the habitants, the author has researched in the design of the highrise housing some factors such as the increasing of housing supply rate, the saving of land and investment, the mouldmaking of highrise housing; the controlling of the scale and the designing of the main elevation, ect.
