摘　　要：提出一种基于视频检测技术的超速抓拍系统,它结合了高速摄像、视频图像处理、智能视频触发及测速、网络通讯等技术,解决了在高速公路上对高速行驶的车辆进行清晰抓拍的难题。并以其触发准确率高、便于使用、信息量大等特点在高速公路超速抓拍领域起到了独特的作用。This paper describes a snapping overspeed system based on video-detect technology.It contains high-speed videography,video and image processing,intelligent video trigger and speed-calculate,networking data transfer,and solve the difficult problem which clearly snaps the vehicles traveling on the highway with high speed.It plays the unique role in the highway overspeed snapshot domain because of triggering rate of accuracy high,advantageous for the use,the big content of information and so on.
