摘 要:分析了目前三维参数化设计的现状,指出了其存在的不足。论述了机械产品三维广义参数化设计的内涵、设计步骤和关键技术。采用机械产品三维广义参数化设计技术,基于三维设计平台开发了桥式起重机桥架的三维参数化设计系统,并成功地应用于桥式起重机桥架的快速系列设计,使设计效率和图纸设计质量得到了显著提高,快速响应了个性化的市场需求。对其他行业机械产品的快速系列设计也具有重要的应用价值。Current situation of the present 3D parameterization design was analyzed and its existing deficiency had been pointed out. The connotation, designing steps and key technology of 3D generalized parameterization design of mechanical products were discussed. By adopting the 3D generalized parameterized designing technique and basing on the 3D designing platform the 3D parame- terization design system of the truss of bridge crane was developed and had successfully been applied to the rapid series design on the truss of bridge crane, thus obtained a notable enhancement on the designing efficiency and drawing design and made a rapid response on the requirements of individualized market. These also bear important application value for the rapid series design of mechanical products of other industries.
