摘  要:为了获得在传递有效功率时对制造和安装误差不敏感的修形蜗杆副,提出了一种新的获得齿长方向修形蜗轮齿面的加工方法。它使用与蜗杆参数(如螺旋升角,模数和直径系数等)不同的非标准蜗轮滚刀或飞刀,在加工蜗轮时,机床调整参数也与通常不同。计算机辅助分析分为3部分:(1)蜗轮齿面一阶和二阶参数的计算;(2)蜗轮修形刀具的参数设计;(3)修形蜗轮齿面的加工仿真。通过对已设计的蜗杆副二阶接触计算,可获得动力传动蜗杆副良好的修形齿面接触。For the sake of obtaining the modified worm pair that doesn' t sensitive to the errors of manufacturing and installation while transmitting effective power, a kind of new machining method for obtaining the modified tooth surface in the longitudinal tooth di- rection of worm-wheel was put forward. It utilized the nonstandard worm-wheel hob or fly cutter which was different from the parame- ters of worm ( such as the helical angle, the module, and the coeffi- cient of diameter etc. ) , while the worm-wheel was under machi- ning, the adjustment of machine tool parameters was different from the ordinary adjustments. The computer aided analysis was divided into 3 parts: ( 1 ) the calculations of first ordered and second or- dered parameters of worm-wheel tooth surface; (2) parameters de- sign of worm-wheel modification cutter; (3) machining simulation on the tooth surface of modified worm-wheel. By means of the second ordered contact calculation on the being designed worm pair, good contact of the modified tooth surface of worm pair in power transmission can be obtained.
