摘  要:设置雨水调蓄池是城市雨水利用的有效措施,但目前国内还未有设置调蓄池的雨水管道设计计算方法。为此,结合雨水管道设计的推理法和管道空隙容积理论,提出了通过设置雨水调蓄池,使上游雨水全部持续进入调蓄池而延长下游管道的汇流时间t3的合理假设,计算下游雨水管道的降雨历时应包括地面集水时间t1、折减条件下管道流行时间m t2和上游管道的设计流量充满调蓄池的时间t3,从而得到了适用于设置调蓄池的雨水管道设计公式,并将其应用于西北某规划科技园的雨水利用系统的管道设计中,与传统的设计方法相比,提高了系统的雨水调蓄功能,并降低了管道造价。The setting of storage pond is an effective method for urban rainwater utilization. But there are no methods of design and calculation for rainwater drainage system with storage pond. According to the reasoning of rainwater pipeline design and the theory of void volume filling, a reasonable assumption that all of rainwater from the upper pipeline inflow the storage pond continually to prolong the conflux time t3 of the lower pipeline is proposed. So calculation of the lower pipeline' s rainfall duration should include the ground catchment time t1, flowing time with the reduction factor mt2 and the filling time t3 in which the storage pond is filled with the designed discharge from the upper pipeline. Thus, the design formula suitable for rainwater drainage system with storage pond is obtained and applied to pipeline design of the rainwater utilization system in a technology park planned in the Northwest of China. Compared with other traditional design methods, the design and calculation of rainwater drainage system with storage pond can improve the rainwater storage capacity of rainwater drainage system and reduce the project cost.
