摘　　要：以武汉市汉口旧城区为案例，分析了旧城更新规划的信息需求和存在的问题，提出和分析了一种空间数据模型，旨在探讨合理的空间统计单元，以增强ＧＩＳ技术应用的深度，为规划与决策提供更为详细和微观的信息依据。aking the urban renewal area of Hankou,Wuhan as a case study,the information requirement of urban renewal planning and the existing problems are analyzed,and a spatial data model to research more reasonable spatial statistical units is presented. The method could be expected to enhance the depth of GIS application and provide more detail and micro information evidences for planning and decision making.
